Steve is the Founder of S2 Management Services, a management consulting firm, which offers a variety of organizations strategic planning, marketing and organizational consulting services. His work has included .com launch strategies, turnaround facilitation, new company and product development, as well as business and marketing sales development.

Steve's backround, prior to forming S2 has included acting as an EVP of marketing with Steelcase, and SVP with Citibank Venture Capital, VP of Sales and Operations with Lodgenet and an EVP, Co-founder with Divine, Inc. a .com technology venture capital firm.

Steve attended the University of Minnesota, where he earned a BS in Marketing. After graduating from the University of Minnesota, he attended the Center for Creative Leadership at Northwestern University- Kellogg Executive Management School, where he received graduate certificates in Marketing, Finance and Venture Development.
